Welcome to the Marco Polo. As a new owner or resident you must register with the Marco polo office. There are a few forms that need to be filled out and returned to the office during office hours along with a $40 registration fee. You may pick up a registration packet in the office Monday-Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM or you may print the forms below and return them to the office. FOB's may be purchased in the office. We are located on the second floor in suite 207. Below is the price of each. We are excited to have you join the Marco Polo Ohana and we can't wait to meet you.

 

Building FOBs- $50.00 The building fob is the main key to all entrances into the Marco Polo.

Parking FOBS- $10.00 (this is just a deposit. You will be reimbursed in full when you return your FOB upon departure from the Marco Polo). The FOB is used to get in and out of the garage and for the bike and surf storage area. Please include a photo of your bike/surboard when registering.

 

 

Guest parking is located at the entrance of the A/B ramp. Parking is $1.00 per hour for the first 5 hours with the maximum charge of $5 within a 24 hour period.  Residents may obtain half off parking stickers for guests at the office. Residents may obtain a special parking pass if your guest is staying for an extended period of time, three days or longer. Special parking pass and parking stickers are available in the office from 8:00AM-5:00PM.

Please note that guest parking is not available from 12:00 AM - 5:00 AM.
